How I Increased My Productivity By 60% With Music

I am a self employed someone who hates postponing any task to the next day due to the volume of tasks I need to do to meet my clients demand. With this motive in me, I  have been able to make my company output to be around 70% with the rest been supplied  by my staff.  Later on, I realized that the 70% productivity output from me started to be less than enough  for me based on the volume of jobs I need to do everyday because I started having increase in no of customers. This was what made me to start looking for the way I could use to increase my productivity. I researched for this on the internet by which I decided to go for listening to favorite music while working(This is just one of the ways to increase productivity) which I considered as the easiest and most affordable for me. I started using this way but I realized that I could not concentrate on my job again, I found it difficult to generate new ideas and also I even stay even more longer on a job. All these challenges I was facing were not been experience when I had not be listening to music. I then decided to reverse to my previous working life(work without music) but this time my productivity output percent had reduced drastically to 45%. I needed to get out of this condition fast!!!. HOW? This was the situation I found myself when one of my friends came to my office with his smartphone playing  Michael Jackson song (Thriller). I tried to use his stereo headset to listen to the music. As I was listening to the music which was very soft and clear to my listening( which last for about 10 – 15 minutes), I realized that my productivity mode changed and I was more relaxed with increase in thinking mood. This made me to look at the wireless Bluetooth  stereo headset he was using that gave me this mode I have been craving for. Guess what!!! It was LG Tone Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Headset. It was totally different from the one I used at the initial stage which was very noisy and hard on my ears. I quickly went for this  wireless Bluetooth stereo headset whether it could still continue working for me. I used it for 3 weeks before I valuated whether my productivity output had increased. YES!!!! It definitely increased from my former 45% to 105%. Amazing!!! What could have caused this? I asked myself. I then realized that this wireless  Bluetooth stereo headset streamed music to my listening in the way I could concentrate on my jobs with increase in mind and body relaxing mood.

"An exemplary show of quality and capability at a reasonable price.

Mid-term (Six-month) and Long Term (One Year) updates are at the bottom.

=================================
The Praise (Stuff that's good)...
=================================
- Exceptionally comfortable; it's easy to forget it's there
- Very decent sound quality for both stereo media and phone calls
- Buttons are all easy to find by touch
- Long battery life
- Very nice feature set
- Extremely easy to seat in the ears
- Haptic call alert

=================================
The Raze (Stuff that's bad)...
=================================
- It's easy to forget it's there
- May not work as comfortably for some people with loose, long hair
- Bass highly dependent on the seating of the bud in your ear
- Multi-connection mode connects one profile to each device only

=================================
The Haze (Stuff to consider)...
=================================
- As with all stereo Bluetooth media, the device's implementation of the Bluetooth stack affects the results
- Relatively noise-cancelling, so be careful in sound-critical environments
- Sealed ear bud design... This is not for everybody
- Like most Bluetooth headsets, it has no Mute button"

"The LG HBS-700 is the third Bluetooth stereo headset that I have used (see my reviews of the Motorola S10-HD and Jabra CLIPPER). As in my other reviews I will focus on the music experience as I use my Motorola T305 for hands free calling. After pairing this unit with my Droid X, I evaluated it for sound quality, ease of use, and comfort.

Sound Quality: I don't have the strictest standards for music listening, but I haven't had many better listening experiences that I have with the 700. After changing out the earbuds for the larger set to get a good fit, I was ready to go. I can't emphasize enough the importance of getting a good seal between your ear and the earbud for sound quality. I have had this wrong on other earbuds in the past, and the difference in sound quality is night and day. For clarity of playback the only thing that I have gotten better sound from is my Creative Zen X-Fi with the EP-830 earbuds. While the 700 doesn't produce booming base, it is rare that earbuds do. By comparison I think that the 700 has better sound than either the Motorola or Jabra units that I have used.

Ease of Use: This is an area where I think LG has really scored. The 700 has a dedicated on/off switch, and each of its controls does exactly one thing. There are dedicated buttons for play/pause, skip, and reverse for controlling your music player. In addition there are dedicated volume and call buttons too. Once you learn which side the controls are on, it is very easy to control the 700 without being able to see the controls.

Comfort: If you have used earbuds with no issues in the past, you should have every reason to expect the 700 to be of similar comfort. I have listened for an hour and a half without giving any thought to the headset I was using. The unit itself rests like a necklace around your neck. The only potential issue I could see is that people with long hair may find that it gets tangled in the unit. If you are concerned about this, I would recommend checking out this unit in person. As of this writing you can do so at a Sprint store.

The one caution I would issue would be around active use. I don't think the unit is designed to hold up to bouncing around, and it also does seem to be sweat resistant either. I would recommend the Jabra Clipper for active use. However I use the 700 while sitting at my desk at work. It does fine with normal walking around and light activity. I would just refrain from using it during exercise.

Overall: The LG HBS-700 is a very strong offering. It hits the mark on sound quality, ease of use, and comfort. The only downside I see to it is that it was not designed for using during exercise. Otherwise I think that you will be happy with this units."

"Here are the things I need from a stereo BT headset, and how I use them:

- They must work well for me when mountain biking and running (meaning, fit with a helmet somehow)
- They must be impervious to sweat
- They will be used for MORE than just exercise, and I want them on my neck or head, ready to take calls or throw down some music, at a moment's notice - meaning, ready to go when I'm at the office, or running errands, in the car - anything. I want them always on me, and I don't want to have something IN MY EAR all the time. In a perfect world, they'd fit under my collar or something.
- The phone call quality HAS to be good - see above for use in any situation; more than just exercise.
- The ear buds have to be comfortable - otherwise, why have them?
- Not a huge fan of the 'behind-the-ear' bulky things - I need my headset to not give my ear pain, and to also work with sunglasses
- The controls need to be easy to work when wearing mountain bike gloves - I gotta be able to feel the nubs or buttons or whatever to advance the track and control volume, etc.
- Battery life has to be good
- They must have some way to alert me when a call is coming in, even if the ear buds aren't in my ear
- The BT controls must work not only the native music app on my iPhone, but also my internet radio app, Slacker
- They must work flawlessly with my phone's voice command controls - call people, work with the music app, like 'Play X Artist', or 'Play Playlist X'
- etc

So you can see that I'm very demanding.

Bottom line is that the LG has proved to be the best of all the ones I've tried. I had been using (and loving, until I got the LG) a Sennheiser wireless necklace pendant unit, until they stopped working. I discovered the LG unit and haven't looked back.

If your list of usage requirements is anything like mine, give the LG a try. I <really> like how these will buzz and vibrate when a call is coming in, even if your phone is muted - that's saved me many times (the Sennheiser ones didn't do that, and I'd miss calls, since I prefer to NOT have to keep the ear buds inserted 100% of the time - see note above for casual use). The buzz and vibrate thing is AWESOME.

Love them. L-O-V-E them."
